Access to talktalk email on i phone and work pc

Have no problems accessing on my i phone for both tiscali and talktalk email addresses but on husbands i phone we can't access the talk talk email or on my work desktop pc.

Any help greatly appreciated.

The following questions relate to the devices you say are not working with TalkTalk Mail.

Do you access via an Internet browser and use the webmail sign in or do you use email software / app? What error messages do you see when trying to set up or use TalkTalk Mail?

And when you try to access are you using your home broadband or a works broadband and possibly via a VPN that's either a works VPN or one that's part of an Internet security software?

What's the iOS operating system version on the iPhone and the Operating System on the PC? Asking so I can check compatibility.
