outlook 2007 cannot send e mails

i can receive e mails but cannot send e mails.

using outlook 2007

pop3 for incoming

smtp for outgoing

Outlook 2007 is not supported by TalkTalk Mail because the product is inherently insecure. Not supported by Microsoft with security updates and not capable of secure message encryption using TLS 1.2 as required by TalkTalk Mail.

Please cease using. TalkTalk do restrict usage to webmail only in cases where the continued use of insecure messaging continues.

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.

Check that you can send mail without error. Select New email or the pencil icon to compose a new message and send to yourself to the same mailbox address that you're signed in to. Make sure the sent message goes into the Sent folder and appears in and stays in the Inbox.

If there is still mail collection by a POP3 mail service then that may remove the mail from the Inbox.

Is the sign in to your mailbox good?

Can you receive and send mail messages?

Do you require more guidance on using webmail or setting up email software to replace Outlook 2007?
