Emails sent to me as one of a group not being received...

I have an @Tiscali.co.uk email address using Thunderbird , and am having trouble receiving emails from one particular person who is using Hotmail.

The sender uses a group of around 24 people, of which I am one, but I find I don't receive those emails. The emails are simple text only with no attachments, and are not long.

I can receive the same email from him addressed just to me.

Is there some way around this, to prevent him having to send me an individual message, please?

Hi silverman166, are any other users definitely getting the mail? If you're receiving it when it's addressed only to you then you and we are obviously not blocking the content or the sender.
