Emails blocked from NTL for several days now

I posted under the Virgin Media blocked emails post that NTL emails were not getting through, but that thread has gone cold now. Could someone in TalkTalk please unblock the issue that is causing NTL emails to be blocked at the mail gateway with the message "content rejected", even when blank emails are sent to TalkTalk. The problem is clearly an NTL to TalkTalk gateway issue. Please check my private notes for an example NTL address that is being blocked.

Hi JennyB123, I've done a scan of the address provided and I'm see 1 mail accepted none rejected.

Hi Ady, that's incorrect - we have been emailing from that address every day for several days multiple emails and all were rejected ! The issue has now been resolved overnight, but it seems that there is inadequate monitoring of your spam protection !
