Every time I try to read my E mail a pop up appears requesting my password. How can I get rid of this nuisance.?

Does the password request pop-up happen during the use of webmail access using an Internet browser? In any event check that you can sign in to webmail and make sure you have no cookie blocking active because TalkTalk Mail needs cookies to remain throughout a session.

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.

Or does the password request pop-up happen during the use of email client software? In which case tell us what device, what operating system and what email software and version.

Is the password compliant with the minimum security requirements for TalkTalk Mail? Must be a minimum of 8 characters using multicase letters, at least one number and one symbol. The mail servers may not accept a weak password.
