&lt;P&gt;You've indicated that the email address is unverifiable so with just that and talk about a 'subscription being cancelled' tells me it's a phishing email scam.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I very much doubt it's genuine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hover your mouse over the sender's email and I suspect it won't even show a TalkTalk email address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Delete it and block the sender.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your payments are up to date you shouldn't worry.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These types of email are sent out to many in the hope that someone will panic and provide their card details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another way to check is to copy the text in the email and paste into Google search to see if there are any matches. This will probably confirm it's a hoax&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Don't nt click on any link within the email or on any attachments as these may contain viruses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
