Emails not Arriving

Hi there. My wife and I both have @Tiscali.co.uk email addresses but recently several emails from companies have not been reaching accounts (emails from HSBC, giff gaff for example. Any ideas why this could be the case ?

Organisations will use mailing services and some of those will not continue to send mail to addresses that have bounced back as undeliverable for whatever reason. If your TalkTalk mailboxes are working normally and the mail messages are being sent directly and not auto forwarded from other email accounts and not auto forwarded from TalkTalk to other email accounts then the first thing to do is contact the originators to ask if your email address has been suppressed and therefore has a stop on sending.
