    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my account has been suspended please can you reset so I can log on. We are also having repeat issues on an evening whereby the WiFi disconnects randomly and we have to keep resetting. The connection is also slow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your email account has been suspended because of suspicious activity or too many attempts to sign in then upgrading the password is the fix.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The Reset password now button in the help article &lt;A style="color: #2c4047; text-decoration: underline;" title="Select here, scroll down to review the help page Changing your email password" href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Changing-your-email-password/ta-p/2556067" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;I class="fa fa-book"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;Changing your email password&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;will take you to password reset and recovery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the email address is still active on the TalkTalk Mail platform and you have set up password recovery options, in advance, that you recognise from the *****hints, then you can send your alternate email address a link or your mobile a 6-digit code to authorise a password reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you see only the one option to send a reset link to the email account itself then you'll need help from TalkTalk Support here to set up password recovery reset details for you. Let us know if that's needed.&lt;/P&gt;
