Hi @Tel50

Selecting Mark as spam from the TalkTalk Mail toolbar will move the spam to the Spam folder and at the same time notify the spam to TalkTalk's network filtering by CloudMark. CloudMark takes in reports from a number of sources to fingerprint spam content. There may not be an immediate reduction in spam because scammers and spammers regularly change sending addresses and content to try and get around spam filters. CloudMark analyses billions of emails and blocks millions that are spam.

Just do the one click Mark as spam and in 30 days the Spam folder will be automatically cleared of that spam.
