How do i create a talk talk email account?

Hi.

I am trying to set up/access talk talk email account but cant seem to find my talk talk email address. Is this automatically generated or do I have the option to create one?

TalkTalk removed the ability for TalkTalk Mail users to create and delete mailboxes at the start of migrating mailboxes in July 2023, to a cloud mail platform. The message in customer MyAccounts is:

Please Note - we have temporarily removed the create/delete mailbox functionality as we are performing some backend maintenance work on our email platform. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

The ability to create a talktalk.net email address has not been returned.

If you need an email address then there are free and paid for non-ISP mail services like Gmail, Yahoo Mail and Outlook.com etc.
