      <description>&lt;P&gt;What device are you using and what's the operating system and browser type and version?&amp;nbsp; The reason for asking is to ensure the device, operating system and chosen browser are all supported.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the assumption that your broadband connection is good I'd suggest trying an alternative browser that's fully updated. Choose from Edge, Firefox and Chrome for a desktop browser device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
