Yes, I confirm that the same re-authentication fault still exists for added secondary TalkTalk Mail accounts. TalkTalk Support are aware. Open Xchange are aware.

I'll remind TalkTalk Support that we are waiting for someone to be motivated to fix this long standing low priority fault.

The incidents team and OX are still working on the issue. I'm afraid there's no sign of a fix.
