Not receiving emails from a Heart Internet email address

I'm not receiving any emails from a friend using a Heart Internet email address.

He's sending out a non spam email to more than 50 people at the same time.

The last time I received one of his emails was on the 14th January but non since.

Emails from other sources come through perfectly ok.

Does anybody have any suggestions.

Hi @William52

If I knew your friend's personal domain that is hosted by Heart Internet then I would check if the email is authenticated and not blacklisted by any of the usual blacklist agencies.
