how do attach files from my pc to an email, was ok before now where is it

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.

I'll assume you're using a desktop browser and to start composing a message select the New email button. A New email modal will open.

At the bottom of the New email modal you'll see the Send button and to the right of that there is a paperclip icon.

Even simpler using a mobile browser

Select the pencil icon top right
This is to start composing a New email message
Select Attachments (top of New email screen)
Navigate to the attachment on your mobile device
Select to add
