I need to view emails from my inbox dated December 2023 but I can't as my email inbox history only goes back about two months. It is important to me as I received an email purchase receipt during December 2023 which I now need as proof of purchase for faulty goods refund. Can you help?

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.

Use the Search box top centre to search all folders by date to see if what you want is in the online mailbox.

If you don't see it in the results do you know if it is held in the Inbox of one of your devices?

If you don't see it anywhere there is no backup service offered by TalkTalk.
