    <description>&lt;P&gt;And you know the exchange of emails has failed because?... Do you get a sending error message or bounceback with a description and TT three digit error code? Does your Australian contact get a sending error message or bounceback with a description and an error code?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What broadband network is your contact using? e.g. Optus, Telstra or other?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Australia and New Zealand have had significant issues with spam and there are now tighter rules for dealing with spam. Just saying, not implying that either you or your contacts are involved in spam but could get tripped up by the tighter controls in place.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
