    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to send employee payslips through 12 pay, I keep getting this box up when it cant send one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unable to read data from the transport connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;net-io-connection lost&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anybody know what I could do to correct it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is a failure to connect to the SMTP server for sending mail messages. Are you trying to connect to the TalkTalk Mail servers?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would have expected 12pay to have its own mail servers i.e. it's not a TalkTalk Mail service issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or is the error arising when trying to deliver mail to TalkTalk Mail addresses?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ive spoken to 12 pay, their reply was that it wasn't them but either a problem with the server connection or an amended a port&amp;nbsp; or mail provider blocking the submission.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Which mail provider are you using to send the payslips? Are your email settings correct for that provider? You're using port 587 with StartTLS connection security and authentication with username and password (or port 465 if specified by that mail provider) not using port 25?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
