Hi Gondola,

Followed your instructions but the same problem exists from from the time TalkTalk

changed their security requirement in 2023.

You can go through all the procedure of changing password by entering email address

followed by new password but you get a popup saying this email does not have a

TalkTalk domain.

Pipex mailboxes are assigned to the master pipex email address and you can only change the mailbox password by entering the master email address for the Reset password journey. The master address is of the form abcd123@dsl.pipex.com and alias addresses of the form firstname.lastname@dsl.pipex.com. If you try to change an alias address password you'll get the 'no domain' error message.

So the key question is - do you remember the master email address that is linked to the alias address that you normally use?
