    <description>&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk does not keep copies.&amp;nbsp; If you did not make a backup copy before deleting the original then I'm going to be the bearer of unwanted news and say that the only copy may be in the sender's Sent folder assuming that the originator does not routinely remove sent messages. Worth asking, if the message is vital.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I deleted an email which is no longer in the trash can as the 30 days have expired. Is there any way to retrieve deleted mail after approx 60 days? (Tiscali account)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
