trying to update - message from Contact Support-your version is outdated - Update now

received an email from Talk Talk saying my version is outdated, Update now.

my email user ID is XXXXXX@tiscali.co.uk. I pressed the update now button - asked me to login again. Dont know how to proceed. Can you help?

You have been trying to reply to a phishing scam.

Report the email, and check for any malware on your device, as you tried to complete details etc.

I have removed the first part of your email address in your post.

Never publish personal information details on the open forum pages.

Personal Information goes in the appropriate section of your community profile. Go via your avatar; settings etc to complete this. SAVE CHANGES.
