      <description>&lt;P&gt;New Outlook also known as Outlook for Windows does not currently work with TalkTalk Mail mailboxes because the Microsoft software is not making a connection to the TalkTalk Mail servers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have other email software to use?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thunderbird is an alternative full feature software client from Mozilla the developers of the Firefox browser and works well with TalkTalk Mail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively just use TalkTalk Mail webmail to keep in touch and for that all you need is an up to date Internet browser like Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many thanks Gondola, I wish Microsoft had left well alone with Windows Mail. New outlook seemed to work for a day or so but some emails not appearing in outlook. Now trying to access a second TT account in TT entered email address and password used for years , denied , security code sent by TT but since sent to email which I cannot access&amp;nbsp; stalemate. Sorry an additional subject but it is as a result of original problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As the second account doesn't have Reset details as options for password recovery TalkTalk Community Support will help you set those up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'll let TalkTalk know that the password recovery options aren't available. A TalkTalk Support member will need to verify you as the registered email user and set up your password recovery alternate email address and mobile number (the Reset details) so you can send a password reset link or code to authenticate a password change.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Prepare for TalkTalk Support - include in the Community Profile (not in these public posts):&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I class="fa fa-pencil" aria-hidden="true"&gt; &lt;/I&gt;Account holder name, TalkTalk home 'phone number (if not Data Only broadband)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I class="fa fa-pencil" aria-hidden="true"&gt; &lt;/I&gt;Alternative mobile contact number. Full address with postcode (in the Location box)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I class="fa fa-pencil" aria-hidden="true"&gt; &lt;/I&gt;Scroll down to Private notes to add the email address needing recovery&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I class="fa fa-check-square" aria-hidden="true"&gt; &lt;/I&gt;Check and Save changes&lt;/P&gt;

Also requested will be the alternate email address and mobile number for password recovery Reset details.&lt;/P&gt;
