Do you mean Spam or Trash (Bin)? We're aware that Yahoo Mail and Gmail have new policies in operation that are liable to dump any mail into Spam folders without checking if it's spam or genuine. TalkTalk Mail is fully authenticated so should be delivered to recipient Inboxes. TalkTalk has done what it can but has no control over what other receiving mail services do to inbound mail.

Best to advise your contacts that have told you that your mail is being dumped in to Spam to ask them kindly to select your message and mark it as Not spam. This will give a firm indication to the recipient mail service that your mail is not spam and all future mail to that recipient should then be delivered to the Inbox.
