&lt;P&gt;First, good to know that TalkTalk Mail webmail is working which enables you to keep in touch and demonstrates that your mailbox is working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you been advised by TalkTalk that your mailbox is limited to webmail only access? This can happen if you've been using a weak password or insecure connections via an email app or email client software or if your mailbox email address is not linked to an active TalkTalk customer MyAccount. Do you think any of these apply?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How do you normally access your mailbox other than via webmail?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I seem to have the same problem. My account seems to have been set to webmail access only.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please can you unblock it.&lt;/P&gt;
