Spoofed email

I can’t seem to log in to my emails through the talktalk website, the chat function and the ability to talk to someone seems to have disappeared, I don’t want to ring them, it’s as painful as having a root canal.

I am receiving emails which appear to be from my own account, when I go to forward it on my iPad, there’s another spam email address under it which I can’t read fully to help me block it. The reason I want to log in to talktalk is so that I can read the header and figure out the email that is sending them so I can block it. I get frustrated with talktalk, reporting a fault to them on my phone line was equally as stressful as moving house.

Tell us what happens when you try to sign in to TalkTalk Mail webmail.

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.

If you don't get signed in do you see an error message?
