If the email address is still active on the TalkTalk Mail platform and you have set up password recovery options, in advance, that you recognise from the *****hints, then you can send your alternate email address a link or your mobile a 6-digit code to authorise a password reset.

NB If your email address is an alias legacy email address, those related to master email addresses, for example those for, screaming.net, ukgateway.net or dsl.pipex.com domains then the password can be changed only for the linked master email address. The password is the same for the master address and linked alias address.

Let us know what the email domain is - just the part of the email address after the @ symbol and if you have been using the email address recently and therefore you know the mailbox should be active.
