    <description>&lt;P&gt;My PC is no longer receiving emails. It hasn't updated since 15th March.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A message above my emails says 'We couldn't access this account TalkTalk email. You might need to update your password or give the account permission to sync to this device.'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I clicked on the box next to my email address that says 'Attention required'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under my email and accounts I have my email address showing twice. One with Tiscali and another with TalkTalk Webmail beneath it. The TalkTalk webmail is the one saying attention required.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The choices are 'Fix Account' or 'Manage'. It shows my user name and a password box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I click on 'Fix' a box appears with my email address and an empty password box. I have tried every password and I always get another box appear saying 'Error Code 0x80070003'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone please advise? I am still receiving emails on my phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The error code suggests there is a Windows Update failure.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Rebooting the computer may effect a fix on repowering or the app may need a Reset&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using Outlook? If so which version please? Or are you using Windows Mail? Reset Windows Mail: Go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Installed apps &amp;gt; Mail and Calendar &amp;gt; Reset&lt;/P&gt;</description>
