I have a Tiscali email address.

I've noticed some patchy email performance. Two issues (not sure if related). Welcome any thoughts.

1. Webmail vs Outlook

Webmail works fine. But there are delays in emails coming through via Outlook (PC). Some emails never appear in my Outlook.

2. Googlemail

When my son emails me from his personal (googlemail) account, it doesn't come though and he gets a TT405 error message. My emails to him don't arrive (he checked SPAM).

However, it works fine (both sending and receiving) on both webmail and Outlook if he uses his work email address.

Good to know that TalkTalk Mail webmail is working for both send and receive.

The TT405 bounceback suggests that your son is not using the correct email address.

What version of Outlook are you using and with what Operating System? e.g. Outlook 2021 on Windows 11.
