Web app can receive email but can not send

Hi my parents just use the talk talk web app to send and receive emails on there iPad.

This last week they have noticed there sent emails were not been received (looks like they have gone no errors and appearing in the sent folder)

They have been receiving emails which is strange.

Any ideas what this could be?

Sending to Gmail recipients? Gmail have been dropping mail messages into the recipient's Spam folders as part of a new anti-spam policy. Recipients need to select and tap/click the button Report as not spam to tell Gmail to deliver future mail into the Inbox.

Sending to tiscali recipients? There's an issue temporarily with TalkTalk's own inbound mail servers rejecting tiscali incoming mail.

Yahoo Mail have a similar new anti-spam policy to Gmail although not as disrespectful to drop everything into Spam without checking if it is genuine fully authenticated mail that TalkTalk Mail always is.
