My email settings on my iPad includes a notes folder. However this notes folder does not appear on my email settings on my iPhone. Can you help?

To synchronise email folders in email software on devices connected to the online mailbox requires that the email software on all connected devices is set up as IMAP accounts.

First sign in to the online mailbox using an up to date Internet browser and then look to see if the Notes folder is present in the online mailbox, normally as a sub-folder of the virtual My folders.
