I will be cancelling my talk talk, if it goes up again.. its just increased, and they are telling me it will be increasing again April! I will be looking for better deal!

This would all have been explained in your order or renewal email or letter at the time of taking this out.

All ISPs have this charge around April each year written into the contract and TalkTalks was actually lower than most others.

The way it is applied will be changing next year due to an ofcom ruling. Just how is yet to be divulged.

Only customers on our fixed price plus packages are exempt from annual price increases, we sent you an email regarding this on the 22 March this year.
