Because I use my g-mail account more than my TalkTalk account, I have set up automatic forwarding. However, my monthly bill from TalkTalk NEVER comes through to g-mail. Why is this? How do I fix it so that I don't need to check both accounts?

Does your TalkTalk eBill notification get delivered to your TalkTalk Mail account?

Does your forwarded eBill notification get delivered to your Gmail spam folder?
If you find messages in the Spam folder then select and hit the Report as not spam button to notify Gmail to deliver your messages to the Inbox.

Instead of Auto forwarding have you tried setting up Gmail to collect your TalkTalk Mail messages?
