Yes, Exporting contacts in TalkTalk Mail requires a browser in desktop mode.

After signing in to your TalkTalk Mail mailbox that holds the source Address Book, select the Address Book icon from the blue header bar.

You can export contacts or distribution lists in vCard or CSV format. Check which is required for the Importing Address Book. The default preferred format will be vCard.

You can export individual contacts or distribution lists or all items in an address book.

Export all contacts from an address book:

Select a personal or public address book in the folder view
Select the Actions icon (ellipsis following the folder name)
Select the menu item Export
The Export folder window opens
Select vCard or CSV format
To export contacts with distribution lists, tick Include distribution lists
Select Export

Result: The vCard or CSV file with the contacts exported will be created in the download folder.

Export single contacts or distribution lists:

Select at least one contact or distribution list in the list view
Select the More actions ellipsis icon top right in the tool bar
Select the menu item Export
The Export folder window opens
Select vCard or CSV format
To export contacts with distribution lists, tick Include distribution lists
Select Export

Result: The vCard or CSV file with the contacts exported will be created in the download folder.

Import to Google Contacts:

Sign in to Google Contacts https://contacts.google.com/
In the left pane select the Import icon
In the modal that opens Select file and navigate to and select the vCard or CSV file that you downloaded
Select Import

You appear to have signed out of Community without responding. Perhaps you'd be kind enough to sign back in and let us know if you have achieved your objective of migrating contacts from TalkTalk Mail to Gmail by exporting to your Google Contacts list, or if you need further advice.
