      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is also happening to my wife &lt;A href="mailto:xxxx@dsl.pipex.com" target="_blank"&gt;xxxx@dsl.pipex.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but not to me also using &lt;A href="mailto:xxxx@dsl.pipex.com" target="_blank"&gt;xxxx@dsl.pipex.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife can access webmail so it is not a password problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can it be an imap or Pop issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cavedweller&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/245193"&gt;@Gondola&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3838"&gt;@Debbie-TalkTalk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have just double checked all the outlook settings and we were not using the same settings.!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife was using dsl.pipex.com server names whereas I was using Talktalk.net server names&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something has been switched off somewhere as her email was working fine yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have now changed her settings to Talktalk.net and it has kicked it back into life.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But&amp;nbsp;I am using pop and she is using imap.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tempted not to change anything else now as they are both working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Richard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had exactly the same issue.&amp;nbsp; I cannot send or receive emails from my pop3 account within MS Office Outlook or using the generic email account on my tablet using IMAP settings.&amp;nbsp; I can both send and receive using webmail.&amp;nbsp; Customer services said that they cannot help with third party programmes and only support webmail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
