e mail blocked on apple mac due to supersafe

i had talk talk supersave app on my imac. i don’t use it now but i can’t delete it! it is blocking my tiscali e mail address on the mac and even on webmail using google to try to get my e-mail. i can get my e mail on my i phone/i pad and on webmail using a wi does computer. have had long conversation with talk talk customer service but no resolution. can you help? my e mail address is a tiscali address. thanks JohnL5
