    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been unable to download emails on my computer and iPhone, for 2 days now. I spent 1.1/2 hrs yesterday with customer services, at the end of that time, still not working and they could give me any explanation, why there's a problem, other than they had lots of reports about the it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Come on TalkTalk get your act together. People use emails for everything these days whether working from home or just ordering things. Please tell us why this is happening and how to fix it. I know you can still use TalkTalk mail to read your emails, but its not as convenient as having them delivered to your inbox at home.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good to know that TalkTalk Mail via webmail is working well. You can access that on any updated browser on any device anywhere.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for access on email software then that's accessible on an up to date device using up to date security and settings.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The email client software / app may require updating of email settings. All TalkTalk Consumer mailboxes use the same Email Settings.
