To set up subject folders (My Folders) in your TalkTalk mailbox sign in to webmail. If the folder view on the left is reduced to icons for the standard folders for Inbox, Drafts, Sent etc then My Folders will be hidden so expand the Folder view by selecting the 'book icon' bottom left.

The My Folders virtual folder will then be visible. Select the + symbol to bring up the My Folders menu and select the Add new folder menu item. Give the folder a name and select the Add button and that new folder will be added underneath the My Folders line.

An IMAP email client will be able to synchronise to the customer created subject folders.
