@WJBarnes, you need to contact Talktalk directly by phone or Chat if you are paying too much out of contract or if your package is due for renewal soon.

Then check that you don't have any unwanted extras like TV, Supersafe etc.

It can't be done via staff on the forum.

Phone 03451 720088 (they close 7pm on weekdays). Only open 9am - 6pm Saturday. Not open Sunday for this.

Remember that calls to Talktalk are free.

Ordinary other calls are 24p per minute, so ask about getting a discounted boost, if you use the phone a lot, for anytime calls.

How much you use the internet won't make any difference.
