&lt;P&gt;My personal preference is to never use an ISP email service, they are not portable and should you need to move ISP you could finish up with legacy accounts which are maybe not supported as well as they could be.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Spam messages were sent out on Friday asking contacts for money.&amp;nbsp; I can no longer receive emails, and need to be able to set up a new email system&lt;/P&gt;</description>
