      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had an issue previously with emails not reaching my account, seemed to be no valid reason and they were from senders I’d previously had emails from. They end up sending to an alternative email account although they do not receive bounce back notifications.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now not receiving an important verification email relating to health. It’s been requested 4 times but had never arrived.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the talktalk policy on either size/content on blocking emails and why no notifications?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
