    <description>&lt;P&gt;I Have the same issue, I'm have a phone conference later but I have found that if you search mail for the folder name, the mails appear but the folders are still lost. You could perhaps move them manually although it's still a problem for missing emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;over the past few weeks all my folders have disappeared, and&amp;nbsp; I cannot send messages , only receive them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a talktalk assistant tried a few weeks ago to retrieve my archive&amp;nbsp; but failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;forgetting about the past, is there any chance I may be able to stay with talktalk by&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;uninstalling&amp;nbsp; and reinstalling the app provided I can keep my present emai address?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
