Email issues

Our TalkTalk email hacked yesterday. I tried to call TalkTalk for help but they were unable to help as an internal system was down.

I have managed to change the password online but webmail is still not working and I can't get the new password to work on any devices (table top PC with Outlook, iPhone etc....)

Can someone please advise me as to whether I am just banging my head against a brick wall here because there is an internal system failure or am I doing something wrong?

I have tried everything I can find online to do with which servers to input, which ports etc and am not sure if I'm doing something wrong or whether it is the TalkTalk system. The new password is being accepted online on the TalkTalk website but nothing I am sending to my TalkTalk email address is getting through - including to webmail. I can't send out through webmail either.

Please help!
