Last week I logged into emails (account Talktalk, server Thunderbird) to find things on the page had changed. I have since noticed that emails come through to my Android phone but about half of them do not appear on my pc. I have tried checking account settings even replaced my pc but still the same. This evening I have had 6 emails on my phone but only 2 on my pc and 1 of them immediately disappeared Both Talktalk and Thunderbird do not show these missing emails. Please do not reply using technical jargon as I do not understand it!

Hi 1Gavin, are your emails showing normally when using TalkTalk Webmail?

No. I have been in contact with Help today, emails have been sent from them, nothing appears in webmail or if it does it only stays about 5 minutes then disappears
