topic Loss of emails from my bank which used to arrive no problem. Safe sender settings? in Email

For some reason, messages from my Bank are now bouncing back to them. They always used to arrive regularly with no problem - although they always went to my spam box and I had to move them across manually. Now they appear to be permanently blocked for some reason. My email address hasn't changed and is correct on their system. Is there a place where I can mark such email addresses as a 'safe sender'?
