Cannot access TT mail on new mobile

Hi.

I just upgraded my mobile but when adding TT email despite checking settings I cannot put TT mail on my new phone.

Keeps saying incorrect password but I can log onto my mail via the website so the password I'm using is correct

Can anyone help
