Mail app on I phone and I pad

Can anyone PLEASE help. This problemhas been going on for 2 years I have ph9ned talktalk many times for help but they either dont know or try to help but cant.
first of all how do you all read your e mails? Do you do it via the mail app on your apple device or do you know another way? I used to have all my talk talk e mails ( 5 of them ) on my mail app and could flick quickly between them. Now I have to go to Safari type in talk talk and log into my account to access one, log out then back in for another! Its time consuming and Im missing many e mails.
whenever I try to add the talk talk e mail to the mail app ( accounts, settings ) it says I need a password even though Ive added one. I have tried other e mails to gather my talk talk like spark and Blue mail but again Talk talk security wont allow it. Its driving me mad and no one seems to be able to sort it out. Can anyone please help? I can access my mail fine via google and safari but as I said its very time consuming. Thanks

Hi @Jojobeck have you tried the Outlook app? I'm sure it is available in the Apple world.

Hi Jojobeck, are you using the settings exactly as they appear in the Email Settings help article?
