cannot send email - undeliverable

I can send email from my talk talk webmail account but not from any of my devices.

I have checked settings and all seem ok.

Help please anyone?

Hi 2Goldies, do you have an active TalkTalk account that you're paying for and if you do is the mailbox linked to said account?

Yes and yes. I rang technical yesterday for advice and it has been progressed to case manager/service management team. I have been advised that someone will ring me within 3 days.

I've checked today and can now send an email from my mac and iphone but am still wary that my email address has been compromised.

Are you receiving new mail? Have you checked in webmail for mail forwards, filters or redirects? Are you able to reset the password for the mailbox? Have you run a good quality antivirus and malware scanner to see if any of your internet connected devices are compromised? If not you should do all of the above.
