      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was scammed last Monday, 30 September.&amp;nbsp; I took my laptop to be checked and was told that I had been scammed by Talktalk itself.&amp;nbsp; Before I klnew that I rang the Talktalk number to advise that I had been scammed.&amp;nbsp; I was told twice that I would be called back but that did not happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will someone please tell me what has happened to my account and who has scammed me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Severus&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Perhaps you can explain just how you feel you have been scammed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk are a reputable company and whilst may make errors they would most certainly not scam you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Using the term scam is very emotive, so please as requested, details your issue .&lt;/P&gt;
