Since yesterday Outlook on my laptop has been asking me to re-enter my Tiscali email password. When I enter it I get a pop-up saying "Sign in failed" and details {"SessionId":"6db878f1-3bd4-ab4d-8a3d-e0e440bc7902","Timestamp":1729091948810,"Error":"INTERACTIONREQUIRED"}

I think some updates may have been installed a couple of days ago - is this another example of Outlook updates leading to a failure to recognise TalkTalk servers? Any suggestions on how I can get my email up and running in Outlook again, please? It's working fine on my iphone and in webmail. Thanks.

Hi Imogen, the first thing to do is to check you can still log in to webmail. If you can then I'd remove the email account from Outlook shutdown, restart and then add the email account to Outlook again and restart again. That should clear any corruption that may have occurred during the update.
