I had a letter from Virgin Money, received a few days ago but dated "September 2024" saying that the message they sent to my ...talktalk.net was "returned undelivered". This was a general letter that they would have sent to their account customers (Ts&Cs, takeover etc) so this may be a problem others have experienced - I know that at least one other person has. @davep
