App password

Trying to add my tiscali email acc to New Outlook in Windows 11. Outlook says I need a one time app password from talktalk. I have details of how to do it from a chat conversation but where do I find the app generator on the talktalk website.

Hi barbara1950, we don't have an app for one time password. The popup asking for that only relates to if you're using Exchange. I've found an article that might help with this. Its not a TalkTalk help article though you'll find the TalkTalk email setup help article here.
